SeniorEstimator

Sr. Estimator who is looking togrow with this entrepreneurial firm. Candidates will be responsible forcomplete estimating and taking them from bid to win, and lead the projectestimating and coordination team.

Candidates should possess five toseven (5-7) years of commercial or hospitality estimating experience. Thisposition will require leadership and preparation of complete estimates andnegotiating with subcontracts from complete construction drawings andspecifications.This position may involve under twenty-five percent travel and candidates mustbe able to work independently. Good organizational, interpersonal,communication and computer skills necessary.
