Immediate Placement!!!!Well established Kelly USA Area Corporation is seeking an administrative assistant for a 6 week temporary assignment in their construction department. Ideal candidates will be able to commit to the 6 week time frame, have excellent administrative skills and have a background in construction.Job Duties· A positive, professional attitude and great phone etiquette · Previous experience in supporting construction project managers a PLUS · Previous experience in scanning documents into management filing systems · Must be organized and able to function in a team environment · Possess solid communication skills and be able to work with employees at all levels of the organization · Effectively multi-task and prioritize urgent concerns · Must be proactive and enjoy working in a fast paced environment · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint a PLUS
