Concrete Personnel - Hiring Event

Dynamic Restoration will be interviewing and hiring candidates for various construction positions with concrete restoration and/or waterproofing and painting experience. You will have the opportunity to meet our dynamic staff and learn more about our growing Company. The event will be held Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 7:00 AM until 12:00 PM at our facility located at 5530 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166. Hiring decisions can be made at this event

We are a very stable, rapidly growing commercial concrete & painting company specializing in high rise concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing.  The continued growth of the company has created an additional opportunity for individuals who can step in and immediately run commercial, industrial and institutional projects as Concrete Specialist, Interior & Exterior Painters, Supervisors, and Foremen.

If you have concrete restoration experience, swing-stage & rigging experience, or painting and waterproofing experience, we have the position to match your skill/level and the work to keep you busy.

·Five (5) plus years concrete restoration, painting, and/or waterproofing experience;

·Five (5) plus years swing stage experience required;

·Proven experience with related tools including bull float, trowel machine, concrete  

  pump, concrete saw, drill air hammer, level, plumb, and measuring tape;

·Reliable transportation, steel toe boots, and harnesses is mandatory;

·Bilingual is desired; (English & Spanish)

·Must be able to pass a drug test.

·Must be able to pass security clearance for Government Contracts.

 

Painters

 

·Interior & Exterior Painters

·Safety, rigging, and swing-stage certified.

·High-rise experience is required.

·Five (5) plus years experience.

·Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish).

 

Concrete

 

·Five (5) plus years with concrete restoration experience.

·Safety, rigging, and swing-stage certified.

·High-rise experience is required.

·Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish).

 

 

Foremen

·Five (5) plus years experience as a Foreman directing a minimum of

 ten or more;

·High-rise experience is required;

·Safety, rigging, and swing-stage certificate required;

·Bilingual is required (English & Spanish).

 

Supervisor

 

·Five (5) plus years experience directing multiple crews of 50 and more;

·Painting and Waterproofing and/or concrete restoration supervisor experience is

  required;

·High-rise experience is required;

·Safety, rigging, and swing-stage certificate is required;

·Bilingual is required (English & Spanish).

 

 

Office Administrative Assistant

 

Dynamic, rapidly-growing, fast-paced leader in the concrete restoration & painting industry has an opportunity for a self-motivated, multi-tasked oriented, administrative assistant.  If you have exceptional computer skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on efficiency, organization, and problem solving, you may qualify for this position.

 

·Cheerfully answer and properly direct all incoming communications;

·Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and the ability to type a minimum of 50

  wpm;

·Knowledge of the construction/contracting industry is preferred;

·Work with the leadership to input and retrieve spreadsheets and documents

·Bilingual is required (English & Spanish);

·Other functions as directed to Supervisors and Managers;

·The ability to create and maintain a fast-paced and energetic office environment.
