Commercial Construction Estimator Needed!

Estimator or Senior Estimator Needed!

Are you sick to death of working in a less than adequate environment? Do you get to work 20 minutes early so you can spend at least 10 minutes crying uncontrollably in the parking lot before you have to go into the office? I have the solution…

We are looking for Estimators and Sr. Estimators to work with an ENR top 400 company with offices in Dallas, Austin and Houston. The company has been ranked as one of the largest GC’s in the USA and one of the top 100 design/build firms in the nation. Sounds refreshing doesn’t it? This is an opportunity to succeed and finally work at your full potential, maybe even challenge you a bit.

We are looking for Estimators and Sr. Estimators who have experience working with software like MC2, Timberline and Dirtworks Digitizer. We need people with at least 5-10 Years in Commercial Construction as an estimator.  We are looking for a few good people who have Division 2 and 3 experience and who have done ground up work with a GC.

Are you worried about stability? Don’t you hate going into work wondering what’s next? “Is this my last project? Is there going to be anything else?” You won’t be asking these questions anymore because we have all the work anyone wants. Don’t worry about being overloaded because even though this is a large company there is synchronization and team work; the exact phrase has been quoted as “Fast paced office environment with a tight team.”

Stop what you are doing and apply for this opportunity, get out of the doldrums and finally be able to have a reason to be inspired…this really is that great next step.

Base compensation starts in the 90’s and works its way up depending on experience. Good bonus, profit sharing, 401(k) matching are just a few benefits to mention.
