CORPORATE CARD ADMINISTRATOR

Become the subject matter expert on corporate card processing software (SDOL & eXspend).  The position is responsible for all daily support activities such as card opening / closing and troubleshooting.  Additionally, this position is responsible for monthly duties around surrounding reconciliations and ensuring proper accounting of corporate card accruals and payments to our creditors and employees.  Ensure accurate data and default cost centers within on-line tools.  Validate daily uploads into accounts payable department and ensure proper accruals are done.  Provide monthly reporting package and ad hoc reporting on user spend.  Track late report submissions, create list of card suspensions and follow up with cardholders.  Handle all software related questions.  Provide training as needed for users or provide standard training documentation.  Respond to all other calls regarding card denials and MCC code change requests.  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain / Logistics or other relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience. Specific experience in Corporate Card Programs preferred. Good time management. Excellent customer service skills and communication. Detail Oriented. Individual with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office. Applications including Excel, Word, Outlook / Lotus Notes and Powerpoint.
