Business Development Representative

PURPOSE:

We are hiring for a proven outside sales professional who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, and developing successful relationships with them in order to continue to grow this successful branch. This person will ensure excellence in business development by providing outstanding customer service to our clients and contractors.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Acquiring new business while maintaining current accounts.

· Identify potential clients through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.

· Successfully cold call businesses to connect with the decision-makers.

· Attend meetings with clients, visit job sites, and develop solid relationships with both clients and candidates.

· Serve as the primary point of contact representing Contractors & Builders for the clients.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

· High energy level.

· Proven ability to network in the community.

· Outstanding communication over the phone and in person.

· Understanding of either the construction or staffing industries.

· Being highly money motivated.

· Demonstrated success in either outside sales or inside sales.
