Building Maintenance

Maintenance position for SunnyHill Properties, Inc., the owner and manager of rental real estate in Chambersburg, Pa.



The following are our needs for a well rounded person to do general maintenance on apartment, commercial office & self storage buildings.



Various duties:

Must be willing to do what needs done as assigned, including snow removal  in winter starting early mornings

Willing to take calls on evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

 

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC preventative maintenance, locks and door hardware, carpentry, drywall repair,   flooring, gutters and downspouts, masonry, etc.

Must have good interpersonal skills.  Must have the ability to work alone when necessary and assist other maintenance staff as required.



Valid Pa. driver’s license required. High school education required, references, and willingness to have drug and alcohol screening and criminal background check.

Wage based on ability-starting at $16.00 up.
