Building Engineer / Maintenance Tech
We are a National Faciliites Management Company currently looking for Building Engineers in McKinney,Texas. The positions available are in 24/7 Data facility. The job will include maintaining and repairing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
Responsibilities include: Inspect and perform necessary repairs to building systems; respond to customer requests; monitor, maintain and make necessary changes to the building's energy management systems; perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks and responding to on-call emergencies as required.
Qualifications: A good sound track record in building operations and maintenance; Strong interest in customer service; Must have knowledge of refrigeration, chilled water, pneumatic controls, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as the ability to perform basic general maintenance. Experience with building energy management systems; Universal refrigerant certificate; PC system knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates with Journeyman Electrical License and/or Liebert experience preferred.
