REQUIREMENTS

* Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Maintain and handle general ledger through to an adjusted trial balance.
* Interaction with CPA.
* Record assets, leases, revenue and expenditures.
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
* Post to general ledger from payroll service reports.
* Willing to learn interfaces of software programs with QuickBooks.
* Knowledge of on-line banking.

* Strong Telephone Communication Skills.

* Thrive in fast paced environment.  Possesses sense of urgency.

* Multi task performing various administrative duties.

* Bilingual a plus.
