BOC Duty Manager

JOB FUNCTION: As a Building Operation Center Duty Manager one oversees all of the facilities construction and renovation activities. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  As a BOC Manager, one has the responsibility to:Direct, monitor and coordinate all facilities-related operational, construction and renovation activities for large government facility. Must be available to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.Must be computer literate with experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software.

 

EDUCATION: BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Construction Management, required.  BOMI certification for non-engineering degreed applicants.

 

EXPERIENCE: This is an entry-level position for a degreed engineer.  Or have four years of facilities maintenance management-related work in a similar working environment. Must have experience in relational databases and GIS.

 

SECURITY:  Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
