Operator
We are seeking an Assistant Operator to assist the Mixer Operator in Cherokee, AL location to assist with set-up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend materials, such as chemicals & explosive ingredients. Responsibilities include: Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements. Operate or tend machines to mix or blend products. Transfer materials, supplies, and products, between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools. Read work orders to determine production specifications and information. Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient
operation.
Qualifications
include:
?High school
diploma or equivalent (GED)
?Ability to perform physical labor
?Equipment/vehicle knowledge and
operational skills
?Basic computer skills
?Inventory and maintenance
experience is a plus
?Team-work
oriented
Only candidates meeting the
requirements of all State and Federal explosives laws will be considered.
