Top East Bay company with a long-standing successful track record is looking for an Assistant Controller/Controller. This individual reports to the Corporate Controller.  There is a ton of growth opportunity associated with this position. 

Responsibilities include -  Project Accounting Cost AccountingAccounts Payable ProcessesOversee numerous inter-company transactions (fee revenue, payroll, employee expenses)Monthly Report preparation, consolidation and reviewBank ReportingProjectionsAllocations  Tons of special projects under the direction of the CFO

Requirements -

 BA/BS in Accounting/Finance CPA (Would be nice)Minimum of 5+ years of related experienceStrong systems/computers skills Solid communication skills both written and verbal
