Asphalt Paving

RedStone Construction Group seeking individual to manage and supervise Asphalt Paving crew. Candidate must be able to manage the day to day operations of the crew including but not limited to; scheduling, time management, budget, constantly verifying actual labor and material usage as compared to budget, ability to read plans and grades, deal one on one with the customer as well as employee relations. Very little travel and mostly in Arkansas; majority of work done in the central Arkansas area.We are also seeking all range of skills from rakers, roller operator both breakdown and finish. Paver and shuttle buggy operator, screed man. Distributor truck, core machine, power broom, milling machine. Our company specializes in Earth Work, Paving, Concrete, Drainage and Light Building Construction. Customer base is Municipal, State and Private Clients such as Property Managers, Developers, Industrial accounts and the AHTD.

This is a demanding job which requires extreme dedication to ensure timely and quality paving projects. We offer very competitive pay with nice benefits package; insurance, retirement, bonus, paid vacation
