Administrative Assistant
Joule Business Services has 2 temporary-to-permanent opportunities for Field Administrative Assistants. The company that is looking for this talent is a recognized leader in infrastucture development, providing design and building expertise for a range of projects in the federal, state, local and private markets. Both positions will be responsible for processing payroll, accounts payable, ad-hoc reports, phones, and other administrative functions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4-5 years of office support and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
The first opportunity is located in the company trailor in Pelham, NY. The second opportunity will be located at the main office in South Plainfield, NJ until December of 2008. It will then move to the company trailor on the Anchor located on the Bronx side of the Whitestone Bridge. Both positions are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm paying between $17 to $19/hour.
