Clark’s Quality Roofing, one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the Western United States, is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual for a position as an Accounting Assistant in our corporate office.  For more information on our company, services and products, please log onto our website www.cqrinc.com.

 

A qualified candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and 2+ years experience in an Accounting position.  All applicants must have previous experience processing payroll and a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and must be computer literate and have advanced-level skills in Word and Excel.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: processing payroll and maintaining payroll records; reviewing and distributing W-2’s; coordinating vacation and personal usage and renewals; reviewing and processing AP check requests; fielding inquiries from vendors; maintaining AP system records; preparing and distributing tax forms; closing AP monthly; applying AR deposits; preparing monthly customer statements; preparing monthly reconciliations and year-end reports; entering details for regional budgets; calculating, transmitting and reviewing funds and data pertaining to the 401(k); administer company credit cards; and filing and maintaining accounting records.
