The account manager is responsible for maximizing revenue growth by improving penetration of the general contractor & sub-contractor segment in the assigned territory. As part of a strong diverse sales team, this Account Manager will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling on potential customers, and managing complex sales for East LA, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. College degree or equivalent construction industry experience 5+ years outside sales experience Construction industry experience a plus specifically understanding of construction processes Proficient in solutions-based consultative sales and enterprise selling Must have strong analytic skills and be results-driven hunter Proven presentation skills to C-level executives using computer aided demonstration techniques Superior leadership, decision-making and communication skills and a desire for constant improvement Proficient user of MS Office Suite, CRM systems and internet.
