As an Account Manager, you will learn our products and applications by selling, servicing, and application consulting to construction and manufacturing project sites. Job Requirements: Your Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering strongly preferred 2-5 Years proven success in Outside Sales No more than 2 jobs (with different companies) in the last 5 years Experience working on a base salary plus variable compensation plan Excellent planning and time management skills Results driven - Desire to succeed and work independently Strong customer orientation Civil construction industry or WTP design experience a plus, but not required Able to develop, communicate and effectively implement strategic concepts Strong computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills No restrictions on driving privileges The company With annual sales of three billion dollars, Hilti is the brand leader and partner worldwide for construction and building maintenance professionals.
