ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Service Refrigeration Company is currently accepting applications for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk.This position will be responsible for the timely review, analysis and posting of vendor invoices into our operating system.  This position will consist of the following primary responsibilities:

 

· Issue purchase orders - this position will have the primary responsibility of issuing purchase orders as technicians and vendors call in with orders

· Process invoices by printing purchase orders and matching to proof of delivery verifying information for all three documents 

· Match paid invoices to check runs and file after completion

· Distribute invoices to managers for approval and release invoice from hold in the operating system once proper approval has been received

· All other accounts payable and vendor related functions as needed



Qualifications / Requirements:
· Prior experience in an accounts payable position with construction experience preferred.
