Position Summary:

Gajeske is currently seeking a A/R Credit Coordinator to oversee and carry out the credit processes, which includes the set up of new accounts, performing necessary credit checks, ensuring customer payments are within agreed upon terms and conditions, and working to resolve delinquent accounts.

Essential Duties:
-Process customer credit applications
-Set up new customer accounts
-Maintain accurate account & sales tax information
-Establish, & re-evaluate credit limits
-Release sales orders
-Perform daily collection calling
-Establish payment plans for customers as necessary
-Research & resolve payment or invoice discrepancies
-Provide trade references for customers
-Various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Degree in finance or accounting preferred, but not required
-Minimum of five years experience working in commercial credit
-Strong working knowledge of financial statement analysis and commercial credit law
-Prior experience in accounts receivable and/or credit and collections management strongly preferred
