00-Key Account Specialist

Corrpro headquartered in Medina, OH, is the leading consulting engineering company providing total corrosion services and turn-key pipeline integrity services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, municipal, and marine markets. Basic PurposeUnder the direction of the Key Account Sales Manager in conjunction with the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, and SVP of Sales, this position is responsible for the management, development, and profitability of Corrpro's Master Service Agreements, Alliance Agreements and vendor agreements. The focus of the position is to maintain and develop the cost models, manage the agreements and negotiate price increases and/or new agreements as required. This position must maintain an accurate database and develop methods to distribute agreements to the field operations and sales organizations. In addition, the position will maintain and manage the key supplier agreements and underlying data required to manage these agreements. Essential Functions *Develop and manage the current customer Master Service Agreements *Manage the pricing models for Corrpro's key customer Alliance agreements.*Develop, monitor and manage the national and regional pricing models required to drive profitability for MSA and Alliance Agreements*Negotiate as needed/yearly price increases on all customer agreements.*Develop and maintain a communication system for the distribution of the MSA and Alliance agreements and pricing within the Operational and Sales divisions.*Work with the sales groups to grow the number and scope of our MSA program.*Maintain cost data for the negotiation of Key Supplier Agreements to ensure Corrpro receives the best possible price in the industry*Negotiate new supplier distribution agreements as needed.*Support the Company at business functions.Additional Responsibilities*Correspond and verbally communicate in a professional manner with customers.*Represent Corrpro in a professional manner, with a high degree of respect for all customers and vendors.*Other duties as assigned.ClimateUp to 25% travel required. Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years account management experience in the energy and/or municipal markets. Experience working on and negotiating master service agreements and pricing models preferred. Strong computer organizational skills required. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and communication are required. Ability to deal with individuals at all levels in an organization.
