Get in on the ground floor of the team responsible for coordinating, creating, and facilitating innovative learning programs that support and develop our R&D and IT talent. The ideal candidate will drive the creation and implementation of infrastructure for this brand-new training department. You will manage our use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and work with key stakeholders to identify additional curriculum, tools and technologies needed to support employee learning and development. You will excel in this role if you have strong project management skills and a passion for working with both people and technology.Responsibilities: Manage and own the logistical details required to produce high quality learning programs and events, including facilities management, materials, scheduling, and communications. Drive implementation and manage ongoing operation of the function’s use of the Plateau Learning Management System (LMS). Manage continuous process improvement, with a focus on scalability and ease of use. Work with stakeholders to develops; report against those metrics as needed. Design, prepare, and maintain training curriculum, including hard-copy web-based, and video templates, presentations and workbooks. Develop and implement awareness/marketing plans for out customers, including website development and maintenance. Own the creation and maintenance of the Technology Training Calendar.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years in a corporate training, marketing, or program management function in a high-tech, fast-paced, company. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse clients and stakeholders. Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to match style to audience. Ease with public speaking a plus. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including the ability to accurately scope resource and timeline requirements. Experience generating reports and providing objective customer feedback (reporting). Solid understanding of internet technologies and on-demand training. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, including the desire and willingness to innovate, receive feedback, and refine approach. Fearless learner of new technology.Desired Skills: CRM (e.g. Salesforce), LMS application experience. eLearning curriculum development.
