e-Commerce and Online Sales Manager – DM-OSM

To support the growth of our online division, we are seeking a dynamic online marketer to drive the conversion of our online relationships into sales. Responsibilities:
Drive growth in monthly online sales of our consumer software products (downloads and boxed product).Plan and execute promotional calendar for merchandising on our websites.Plan and execute email promotions to our opt-in house list.Manage the relationship with our outsourced e-commerce provider.Maintain the product catalog and store.Work with other online marketing resources to drive purchase oriented traffic to the online store and optimize sales conversions.Drive sales oriented messaging, copywriting and creative for our websites and other customer communications.Drive the testing cycle for optimizing each step of the sales conversion funnel.
Requirements:
The number one requirement for the successful candidate is an intelligent, creative analytical outlook for optimizing each step of converting a relationship into a sale. This is a Junior to Mid level position. At least 1-5 years of experience in the following:
· Optimizing web page conversions through A-B and/or multivariate testing.
· Managing email campaigns for optimized results in open rates, click-through and conversions upon landing.
· Managing an online store and product catalog.
· Campaign planning and forecasting results.
· Writing effective copy for websites and emails.
· Working with cross-functional teams to produce web pages, emails, etc. You don’t need to be a web designer, but you need to know how to work with one to create compelling creative.
