Looking for a consultant who is having experience in Change Management process and Release Management process using ITIL and BMC Remedy tool. The contractor will help coordinate Change Management and Release Management activities across IT and the business; will assess risk, scheduling conflict and readiness, will issue and maintain Forward Schedule of Change and Project Service Availability, will assist in Post Implementation Reviews, will analyze change records to determine trends or apparent problems, and will assist in identifying and prioritizing process improvements.
Required:
- Minimum of (5) years of progressive experience in business analysis
- Minimum of (5) years of progressive experience in ITIL Change Management and Release Management
- Minimum of (2) years of progressive experience in BMC Remedy tool, (specifically Change Management and Release Management)
- Minimum of (5) years of progressive experience in SDLC
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
