Qualifications

Handles work of diverse scope and complexity.

Writes effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences.

Knowledge of different browser and platform constraints.

Ability to create and implement Web site disaster recovery and contingency plans.

Designs compelling user interfaces and understands the strengths and limitations of browser-based UIs.

Experience as a manager of an E-commerce Web site or 24x7 on-line business.

Experience developing content and combining images with sound, video, text, and special effects with multimedia software such as RealVideo, PowerPoint, Director, and Flash.

Basic Web development skills using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CGI, Perl, and Java.

Uses good judgment and available information to resolve issues.

Practical knowledge of how to administer a Web server, such as IIS or Apache

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
