Must Have:

* Marketing assistant or coordinator role for 2+yrs
* Experience in calendar management
* Email management


Responsibilities:

* CRM calendar management: Includes maintaining, updating and distributing to internal and external stakeholders
* Day to day operations including execution of 15 to 20 email programs per month with the following tasks:-
- Creative brief routing & approval
- Coordinate the delivery of all email assets to ESP (i.e. subject line, .html, .text, assets, etc.)
- Execution of partner programs and message versioning (Adobe, Target, etc.)
- Routing, coordination, management and tracking of CRM requests via Team Track
- As required, communication and coordination with CRS, CS and Tech Op departments
* Help manage efficient and productive communication flow to Yesmail
* Work with ESP (Yesmail) to ensure that all emails are optimized for inbox delivery
* Coordinate the execution of various testing aspects of emails (including creative, list, subject line, day, time of day, copy, format, landing pages, etc.)
* Partner with CRM Data Analyst to provide assistance in email campaign analysis (i.e. sent, delivered, opened, clicked, conversion)
* Participate in the development of plans to improve customer acquisition, retention and reactivation through the implementation of email programs to support online programs and initiatives
* Help manage and optimize an efficient workflow process that ensures flawless execution and on-time delivery of electronic messaging to the targeted recipient's email in-box
* Assist in identification of new opportunities to improve email productivity and efficiency, increase customer lifetime value, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience
* Assist in coordination and dissemination of email reporting & analyses
* Assist in the production process by administering ad hoc design edits and development to existing and/or new email campaigns.

Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with owning all aspects of email campaign production. This includes workflow administration, legal compliance, campaign scheduling, interface with contributor work groups, campaign test plans and coordination of post-campaign analysis/reporting. Specialist is also responsible for assisting in ESP (Yesmail) vendor management as well as ad hoc design support.
