WEB SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST

Analyze application problems and recommend workable solutions. Provide on-call support when required. Monitor system performance and notify more experienced personnel of issues that arise. Execute jobs that emulate web or CRM application processing. Provide Tier II support for user and system problems. Monitor system performance in real-time as well as via reports. Provide 24/365 on-call support for overall performance concerns. Analyze statistical reporting.

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.

Required:

Computer Science Degree (4 years)

Windows (1 year)

Java (1 year)

 

Desired:

Unix (1 year)

AIX (1 year)

US Citizenship is required.
