WEB DEVELOPER--MARKETING
Participate actively in software design discussions
Analyze and propose solutions based on partner architectures
Write code that is functional, elegant and standards-compliant
Document completed work and share internally and externally
Monitor and update production systems
Collaborate with other team members on various components of projects
Qualifications
MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
1-2 years of development experience
Experience building/customizing scalable web sites from scratch or with a CMS/ Framework
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Linux Apache, MySQL, & PHP (LAMP)
JQuery & Drupal experience a strong plus–must have a desire to learn
Proficient in XML, Web Services
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming
Excellent technical communication skills in both written and spoken English
Location
This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, conveniently located across from the Kendall Square stop on the Red line
