Video Game Test LeadDescription: Video Game Test Lead Do You Love Video Games? Volt Technical Resources is staffing for one of the largest independent game testing companies in the world. Currently we are looking to expand our fast-paced, diverse workforce based in Redmond, WA. We currently have openings for Game Test Leads who will oversee teams of Game Testers ranging in size from 5-20. These teams will test some of the latest cutting edge video games systems and video games. If you are passionate about playing video games and have leadership experience please contact us. Responsibilities include: Assist with client Project Managers and Test Managers on overall test strategy Ensure test team's compliance with all standard operating procedures and policies Manage all test data and results and ensure upload into QA database tool Tracking of employee hours System/lab setup and configuration Ensure that all test materials are properly secured Communicate risks and escalate project related issues and concerns as needed to necessary stake holders in a timely manner Positive role model for test team Execution of test plans and test cases as directedThese are estimated 6-9 month contract positions through Volt Technical Resources a member of the Volt family of companies and a publicly traded, nationally recognized leader in providing staffing and information services. Requirements: Video Game Test Lead Requirements - Qualified candidates should be/have: Leadership experience Passionate about playing video games Strong aptitude for testing and troubleshooting PC/Tech savvy Strong written and verbal communication Positive attitude and team player Strong work ethic and dedication A proactive and flexible approach to work Legally eligible to work for any employer in US Living in the greater Seattle metro area 18 years of age or older Willing to play video games for at least 8 hours a day and get PAID for it!
