The person should:Be Customer Service Oriented* Answer all incoming calls into the Video Conferencing HelpDesk with quick and courteous responses.* Book conference rooms and Video Conference bridges through Outlook* Open, assign and close trouble tickets/work orders in LotusNotes and Manage Now* Experience with Word, Outlook, & Excel* Some filing may be required. Assist with first level assessment of technical issues.Escalate to technical support as needed.
