Vice President of OperationsThe VP of Operations is a member of the executive management team that plans and sets strategic and operational direction for Cadillac Jack.  This position develops, implements, monitors, and measures results of strategic objectives, tactical decisions and policies/procedures and responsible for all aspects of manufacturability to meet required cycle times.  Directs manufacturing operations for Cadillac Jack, Inc. by building and developing its operational processes and procedures to support manufacturing strategic direction; Position scope encompasses relevant knowledge and experience to plan and direct the total layout of manufacturing operation, including but not limited to, equipment, work flow, assembly methods, and work force utilization Evaluate the adequacy of existing business processes and systems and drives implementation Lead, organize, manage all aspect of Cadillac Jack Operations including: Field Service Support Customer Support Center Production/Manufacturing Facilities Supply Chain/Demand Planning education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Finance or related fieldMBA preferred requirement:The ideal candidate must have process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or other manufacturing type of skills and application 10+ years World Class manufacturing experience Outsourcing manufacturing experience Proven track record with Lean/Six Sigma implementation P&L Financial experience with ability to control costs and improve P/L Demonstrated working knowledge of supply chain logistics processes including Demand Planning, Distribution Requirement Planning, Inventory Management and Control, Transportation and Logistics Planning and Warehousing Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing techniques, Kaizen, Process Improvement, freight and distribution, materials management and production scheduling. Accomplished Executive with a proven track record of leading business strategies and people Turnaround and Change Management Skilled in building organizations Seasoned and effective public speaker
