User Experience Project Manager
User Experience Project Manager
The User Experience team works with dozens of product groups to design products that are easy, efficient, and fun to use.
We are looking for a contractor with an unusual mix of skills to help us manage our department's projects, processes, and communication. The ideal person will have a combination of skills: writing and editing, maintaining website content, tracking projects and people, process management, and most of all a strong talent for organizing, tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Review, edit, publish, and maintain UE standards and other documentsCreate/organize/maintain websites and wikiDocument/track our department processes, projects, people, and goalsOrganize and launch communications to our (internal) customersCreate, organize, and maintain metrics tracking programs for usability metrics, usability test results, and surveys
Knowledge of User Experience Design is a MUST
