Unix Admin
We are looking for someone who has supported a very large Unix team in the following areas:
Server builds and patching (Solaris/Linux) when requested by Unix management Develop documentation template which can be used for resolution of Service tickets Determine trends from Autogen and Security Service ticket queues which can be used to generate process based documentation aimed at ticket resolution Where applicable rewrite/reformat existing Unix documentation such that it complies with newly established documentation template Evaluate process documentation developed by other team members to ensure clarity/precision is provided.Evaluate trends from Unix Servers (user generated) service tickets which can be used to generate process based documentation aimed at ticket resolution. Where applicable offer suggestions to improve the structure of the Unix Servers service tickets such that increased numbers of these service requests can be subject to process
