We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated and talented, Training Specialist to join our growing team.

 

The Training Specialist is responsible for managing, implementing and delivering a training program for Matrix clients; including consulting with existing customers to facilitate improved usage and developing positive relationships with key client personnel. 

 

Responsibilities:

· Assesses, manages, implements and delivers a training program for customers of Matrix software via synchronous (WebEx) asynchronous (recorded) or live classroom based on-site  and customer site training sessions

· Coordinates all logistics of training sessions leading up to and following training sessions

· Continuously improves delivery methods to promote customer engagement with the product

· Prepares and transmits documents to clients in advance of training sessions

· Documents and resolves application issues

· Provides customer feedback that enhances the usability and functionality of the product

· Serves as a consultant to new and existing customers using Matrix

· Interacts with customer support to ensure customer objectives are being met

· Assists with training documentation and departmental development

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, adult education, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Minimum of 3 years experience in a software or technical training environment

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to learn new concepts quickly

· Ability to assess customer needs and customize curriculum to meet those needs

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Must be a team player

· Ability to formulate, document and deliver effective and cohesive lesson plans

· Familiarity with WebEx Web-conferencing is a plus

· Understanding of media sales helpful, but not required.

· A valid driver’s license

 

Travel:

Moderate overnight travel up to 35%
