We are looking for anenthusiastic person with a high degree of initiative to join our SupportDepartment.  After an initial trainingperiod of six months, you will be based in our Hoboken, New Jerseyregional office.  Within the department, you will have a variety of responsibilities. Your primary duties will be providingtechnical support to our worldwide client base as well as training clients inthe usage of our software remotely or on client sites. You will also be tasked with performingsoftware installations and upgrades.
The candidates considered for this position must: Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Be able to train / engage in professional client interaction. Have basic IT-knowledge of particularly databases, Sybase or MS SQL server. Have experience with the Windows NT/2000/2003/XP/Vista environment. Be willing to travel for client training/work, sometimes on short notice. Be pro-active, flexible and easily adaptable to frequently changing circumstances. Be willing to undertake tasks not directly related to the job description. Be able to travel outside of the US (have a US passport). Be fluent in Spanish.
Additional, desirable qualities include: Previous experience in software training or technical support. Previous experience and/or knowledge of the executive search industry.
