Trainer - Delivery

JOB PURPOSE

 

To deliver quality and effective training to our interbal and external clients.

 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

 To assist in maintaining training records and all training administration.

 Deliver technical training courses as required and assist ion the delivery of soft skills training courses.

 Undertake feedback reviews with line managers following training sessions. Escalation of feedback to Line Managers for inclusion in development planning.

 Develop training material as required to the specified standard.

Provide coaching to colleagues.

N/AEDUCATIONAL/TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

 

·  CTP (Certificate of Training Practise) would be highly desirable or Cert Ed or FAETC or willing to undertake these qualifications.

 

·  Knowledge of the Insurance industry would be desirable.

 

·  Effective communcator.

 

·  Motivated individual to maintain and develop high standards.

 

·  Possesses a good ability to develop and assist others.

 

·  A good team member.

 

·  Takes responsibility to continuously improve their own skills and knowledge.

 

·  Has a comprehensive MS Office knowledge.

 

·  Desirable knowledge of project life cycle.

 

·  Flexibility to travel globally to deliver internal and external training.

 

·  An ability to learn and apply technical skills to assist with delivery.
