You are expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group.  You will assist in the design, analysis and implementation of testing solutions; participate in client meetings; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; employees motivation, present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status.  Work with client and Amdocs teams (CDM, CBU) to deliver testing solutions. Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage a team of several testing engineers, leading the internal design review of testing materials; checking the test environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution; analyzing the results and communicating status with the client. Transfer knowledge, monitors engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team. Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives Review of testing materials; checking the test environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution; analyzing the results and communicating status with the client.  In-depth knowledge of Amdocs Ensemble / Enabler. Knowledge of T-mobile implementation is advantage.· Experience with DB (Oracle, SQL Server); data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD); configuration control knowledge (Source Safe principles); S/W architecture for web based and non-web based applications (Client side, Tuxedo and Server side), knowledge of automated tools etc.· 3-5 years demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of testing solutions.·  Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of testing solutions for Telecom Billing· Strong analytical, team lead and leadership skills.·  Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently· Excellent communication skills and fluent in English Moderate Travel
