You will assist in the design, analysis and implementation of testing solutions; participate in client meetings; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status.  Work with client and Amdocs teams to deliver testing solutions.Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction. Mentor a team of several testing engineers, leading the internal design review of testing materials; checking the test environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution; analyzing the results and communicating status with the client. Transfer knowledge, monitors engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team. Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology. Technical Requirements: Past experience as Testing Engineer is a must Must have AMSS experience In-depth knowledge of at least one Amdocs product (Ensemble, OMS, Enabler AMSS, TLG, or Clarify CRM, Invoicing) AMSS - MUST 2-3 years UNIX experience required Experience with DB (Oracle, SQL Server); data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD); S/W architecture for web based and non-web based applications (Client side, Tuxedo and Server side). Experience with Testing tools like Quality Center and Calendar application 2-3 years demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of testing solutions or Telecom Billing and CRM solutions Strong analytical skills. Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently Must be flexible to travel One of the following academic backgrounds: B.A. in Computer Science Engineer B.A. in any exact Science (with the following certification: ISEB Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
