Test Lead –Siebel Sales CRM
Description of Duties & Responsibilities
1. Experience with a mature SDLC (System Development Lifecycle).
2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills necessary to follow-up with developers to resolve issues.
3. Will be part of test strategy, test planning, UAT etc
4. Able to follow SOP for test strategy procedures.
5. Able to write SQL queries.
6. Expert in manual and automated testing.
7. Able to prepare data for the test script execution.
8. Execute/develop test scripts within a given Test Plan and assist in creating new
Required Skills
1. At least 8-10 years QA /Tead experience
2. At least 4-5 years of Siebel applications, CRM, Siebel Sales application testing background
3. At least 5 years of automation experience
4. At least 5 years of manual testing background
5. At least 4 years in Lead role
6. Excellent Siebel CRM, Siebel Sales, Opportunity, Forecasting, Quote experience
7. Excellent Oracle, Java background
8. QTP, Winrunner, Loadrunner experience
