We have an excellent opportunity for a Technology Coordinator in our Topeka, Kansas office.As Technology Coordinator, you will configure and support client computing (desk side) throughout the Association. Manage PC provisioning by issuing computers to staff, configuring computers to established standards, and maintaining desktop computers that are deployed throughout the Association. Responsibilities may include client standards (image development, operating system and SMS packaging). Support includes application technical support/troubleshooting, Technical Service Desk support, AHA event support and MS software configuration support. This position works closely with the Technology Support Desk in partnership for service delivery and works on special implementation projects within their territory and enterprise projects as assigned. This position requires 50% travel within an assigned territory. This position requires the ability to travel within assigned territory. Additional work outside the office environment including supporting technology at fundraising events, related activities and training sessions This may involve occasional overnight stays and/or weekends. This position will be required to travel approximately 50 % of the time.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent mix of technical school and/or experience required. At least one year related Information Technology experience. Experience providing remote IT support for multiple sites.
