Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. As a member of our global Customer Support team, you will receive the training you need to help our users solve a wide range of general, project management, application and technical problems. Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related area with at least 2 years technical support/customer support experience required.

Excellent computer skills are essential � both in the use of applications and in accessing external/internal information services. Operating System, Network Operating, and Browser experience required. Technical certifications a plus including MCSE or MCSD, or OCP. Database server (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server), Java and Citrix technology knowledge and experience, also beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an unwavering commitment to customer service and demonstrating "grace under pressure" is a must in this fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and a positive phone presence. Rotation in on-call 'off peak' hours support may be required.
