Technical Support Representative-ID 1132
We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. As a member of our global Customer Support team, you will receive the training you need to help our users solve a wide range of general, project management, application and technical problems. Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related area with at least 2 years technical support/customer support experience required.
Excellent computer skills are essential - both in the use of applications and in accessing external/internal information services. Operating System, Network Operating, and Browser experienced required. Technical certifications are a plus including MCSE or MCDBA, or OCP. Database server knowledge and experience (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server) is also beneficial. Experience with enterprise applications is a plus!
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an unwavering commitment to customer service and demonstrating "grace under pressure" is a must in this fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and a positive phone presence. Rotation in on-call 'off peak' hours support may be required.
