Technical Sales Support Administrator

55,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD /year Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Project/Program Management Technical Sales Support Administrator TEKsystems has a contract to hire need for a Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager. The main focus of this role is to provide technical support to customers for our clients web services product line, including products for enterprise server and social networking sites. The primary focus of this job is customer facing, where candidates will be interfacing directly with client companies’ software developers using the various clients API’s and development environments. This person will manage the customer relationship from pre-sales up to and including implementation. They will investigate customers issues, including issues not previously addressed or documented. They will make sure all the technologies included will integrate will and identify potential barriers. Candidates should have strong problem solving skills. Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Sql Server, IIS and Sharepoint. They will be supporting anywhere from 3 to 30 customers at one time. They will need to take ownership of the customer relationship, and the project. This will include intimately getting to know the customer and environment and pushing people to complete the projects on time and within the budget. The ideal candidate will have prior client relationship support experience.
