Technical Instructional DesignerDescription: Technical Instructional DesignerThis team creates training for the sales teams that support enterprise-level customers (500 employees or more). This Technical Instructional Designer will work with the Training Manager to create web-based training initiatives for the group. They will update existing courses, On Demand training modules, as well as work on new web-based training deliverables. Required Skills for this Technical Instructional Designer includes the following: Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using Adobe Captivate and Articulate required. Strong background in Instructional Design, Content Development and Training Delivery. Some Project Management experience is helpful. HTML coding experience a plus.
