Technical Client Support Analyst

Join a stable and growing financial service application company as a Technical Client Support Analyst. Provide training and Tier II/I technical support for clients.  Support several organizations and their clients in the financial services industry.  

 

Responsibilities

 

· Investigate and analyze first-tier inbound verbal or written requests for support of varying degrees of complexity, resolve or escalate appropriately, and clearly document each transaction.

· Investigate and analyze second-tier internal requests for support, perform research to collect the information necessary to completely troubleshoot and resolve specific issues, escalate if necessary, and clearly document each transaction.

· Schedule and perform live training sessions, with both individuals and groups, conducted using Web-based desktop sharing software.

· Perform Quality Assurance reviews of completed Web sites.

· Perform systems testing and Quality Control reviews of new software prior to release.

· Identify and document client requests for future product development.

· Help write technical documentation for end-user support such as FAQ's, Help Sites, and Manuals.

· Manage Web site content, including text, html, pdf, and image edits, on an as-needed basis.

· Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium

 

Required Skills

 

5+ Years IT Experience in a Technical Support Position

2 – 5+ Years Tier I/II Phone and End User Support Experience

1 – 3+ Years Experience Supporting Complex, Custom Web Applications

2 – 4+ Years Experience Supporting DNS, MS Office, Outlook, HTML, Web Protocols

BS/BA Degree
