Must be able to propose appropriate solutions based on project constraints and inputs from multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision. Self-starter. Not a development position but must be comfortable with technology and able to look at SQL code, Infomatica mappings, Entity Relations Diagrams, or PERL script and have some idea what is going on and provide meaning feedback and guidance to developers and testers with regard to fit to requirements.
