Objective
Would be member of the Technical Support team, assigned to San Diego office. Handle customer support tickets via phone and email, with primary focus on Reporting, Data Administration, and Donor Management clients and issues.
Responsibilities
· Respond to technical support issues from clients, via phone and email
· Documentation of client interactions within Support Tracking system
· Assignment on other Technical Support tasks and projects, as needed
· Creating and review financial and other types of reports, including building logical query statements
Qualifications
· Good comfort level with web-based tools and client interactions
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills a must, with understanding of data representations in relational database
· Database experience a plus
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills
· Must be able to work well in team environment
· Community College (AA) degree and strong technology and programming background preferred
