Utilize current/future defined algorithms to create team efficiency modeling, metrics, and reporting to provide recommendations to recruiting leadership team. Additionally, Create the one stop shop of reports, metrics, dashboards, templates and data for end to end recruiting teams. Utilizing existing technologies, systems, reports while creating new and user experience focused delivery methods and data. Gather requirements from recruiting and sourcing teams to create standardized and customizable reporting frameworks and reporting system. Reports to include: internal recruiting metrics, candidate generation metrics, productivity and efficiency metrics, etc. Work with finance and workplace solutions partners on allocation forecasting and reconciliation as well as predictive/theoretical headcount budgeting Aggregate recruiting survey data, summarize and prepare information for reporting and review, to offer insights on the data's implications to the Right Talent team. Create automated and self service reporting and metrics tools for right talent teams with strong focus on end user experience.Preferred exp with analytic modeling conceptualization and construction skills (i.e. predictive modeling, efficiency modeling, financial modeling, etc.) Exp. working with raw data, utilizing various tools, such as database and excel to produce useful work product. Databases, Exp. with recruiting, applicant tracking, talent management and/or HRIS reporting systems and tools (Virtual Edge and Authoria preferred) Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, metrics utilization, and recruiting dashboards. Ability to proactively tailor communications and style to a broad range of specific audiences and transfer team knowledge and tools to clients Exp. working with customers gathering requirements and provide data meeting/exceeding customer needs and maximizing customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail ensuring data integrity.
