THE" SQA TEAM LEAD/ARCHITECT
“THE” SQA TEAM LEAD/ARCHITECT
World class software products organization with worldwide offices has an immediate need for a “THE” SQA architect/team lead for a new enterprise product development effort. This person will be responsible for driving the SQA process. Will be initially analyzing product development, developing the test strategy, technically managing off-shore resources, performing code and test reviews. Will have overall responsibility for the methodologies and processes that deliver quality software products. Will be a integral and visible member of the senior product management team. Position is located in the 495/93 area.
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of software development cycles, SQA methodologies/process.
• Solid technical experience developing unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, load testing, code coverage, test cases, etc
• Automation/test harness experience Coding experience with C#, C++, Java, etc
• Technical leadership of testing standards, processes, and procedures
• Experience monitoring project standards/best practices relative to status reports, issue tracking, work plan management and time reporting
• Experience working with Senior Management improving product development and process management
• Ideally, experience managing off site resources
• Successful track record of providing leadership and management for the delivery of SQA/Engineering project deliverables.
• .Net/Windows a plus
• BS/BA Computer Science or equivalent
