TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MCDST - Tier 1 Technical Support Description: Communications & Collaboration Tier 1 Technical SupportThis position requires the Technical Support person to be working with domain controllers, DHCP servers, DNS servers and routers. The ideal candidate would need to be able to work any shift, for this position is a 24x7 environment.This is an estimated 365+ day Open Ended Contract where your schedule has to be flexible. Requirements: Required skills for this Technical Support Position: Working knowledge and expertise in Networking protocols (TCP/IP Protocol), technologies and implementation in Enterprise environments. Understanding of Network Infrastructure including Domain Controllers, DHCP Servers, DNS Servers and Routers. Working knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server, Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server. 1 year of experience in Technical Support. Education: MCDST Certification is required.Bonus Skills: Strong organizational, time management and negotiation skills. Excellent demonstrated customer service skills. Solid communication skills.
