Systems & Networking Engineer

We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer to be based in our Arlington, VA office.  This individual will deploy and support our products and services.  This technology professional should be capable of working equally well with the technical details of a project as with individuals at all levels and functions in an organization.  S/he will be responsible for working closely with our customers and staff which includes participating in initial sales/project/technical meetings, coordinating, performing, and managing actions with in-house IT during deployment, providing ongoing support and updates, assisting with product development and quality assurance activities as needed, and taking on other IT related special projects as needed. This highly motivated individual must be a self-starter with the desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have excellent oral and written communication, customer service (via in person meetings as well as by telephone and e-mail), and trouble shooting skills on multiple platforms.
